The Analyzer
Before you write anything, you need to know what's actually working. This skill runs two modes: analyze your own content to surface hook patterns and topic angles that consistently perform, and analyze competitor content to extract the tactics worth stealing. You get a weekly patterns report: what to keep doing, what to test next, and 3 hook ideas built from patterns you already have proof on.

Stop guessing what to make next. This skill found the exact hook pattern that runs through every video I've had break out. I was using it without realizing it.

Paste this into Claude Code. It interviews you about your niche and content, then builds your own analyzer skill.
You're going to help me build a custom short-form content analyzer skill for Claude Code.
First, interview me to understand my content world. Ask these questions one at a time and wait for my answers:
1. What niche or topic do I create content about?
2. What platforms do I post on (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)?
3. Do I have any past posts I think performed well? Paste 2-3 examples or describe what they were about.

The Angle Finder
The same topic can flop or go viral depending entirely on the angle. This skill runs before any writing. You give it a topic or idea and it surfaces 3-5 distinct positioning options, each with a headline direction, the psychology behind it, and when to use it. It maps your competitive landscape, identifies your unique mechanism, and assesses where the market is so it's recommending angles that will actually land right now.

I had a topic idea that felt dead on arrival. Positioning angles reframed it from a generic tutorial into a contrarian take on something everyone in my niche was getting wrong. It performed.

- Run a 5-step angle-finding process: (1) identify the transformation, (2) map the alternatives, (3) find the unique mechanism, (4) assess market awareness stage, (5) generate 3-5 angles
- Use my specific niche, audience pain points, and proof points as the baseline for examples
- Output 3-5 distinct angle options, each with: the angle in one sentence, why it works psychologically, a headline direction, and when to use it
- End with a recommended starting point based on my current situation

The Scriptwriter
This skill has a library of 250+ hook templates trained on viral short-form content. Give it a topic and angle, and it walks you through the hook, the curiosity bridge, the value delivery, and the CTA. All timed to the second. The setup prompt builds it with a voice profile trained on your existing scripts. It learns your tone, your format preferences, and how you naturally end videos. The output sounds like you, not like a generic AI script.

Paste 1-2 scripts you're proud of when it asks. That's what it uses to build your voice profile. The more specific you are, the more it sounds like you.
You're going to help me build a custom short-form script writer skill for Claude Code.
I want a version trained on my voice and content style. Interview me. Ask these questions one at a time:
1. What's my niche and who is my target audience?
2. What tone do I write in: educational, entertaining, direct, conversational, authoritative?
3. Paste 1-2 past scripts or TikTok transcripts you're proud of. These will become my voice profile.
4. What formats do I naturally gravitate toward: listicles, tutorials, stories, news/trend takes?
5. What's my typical CTA at the end of videos: follow, comment a word, DM me, link in bio?
6. How long do my videos run: under 30 seconds, 30-60 seconds, or 60+ seconds?
After the interview, build two files:

The skill should:
- Trigger on "write a script", "script this idea", or "TikTok for [topic]"
- Use a timed structure: 0-3s hook, 3-10s curiosity bridge, 10-45s value delivery, 45-60s CTA
- Include 7 hook formulas I can cycle through: News/FOMO, Trend/Buzz, Direct list, Assumption subvert, Data drop cold open, Named framework, Authority dark statement
- Require an early CTA placement at 7-10 seconds (proven to improve follow rate)
- Output a full script with a context coverage block at the top: what the text hook covers vs. what the verbal hook covers. This way they tease different angles and drive retention.
- Flag if the hook can be stronger before finishing

The Carousel Builder
Once the script is done, this skill repurposes it into a branded Instagram carousel. It writes copy for each slide, populates your HTML templates, and renders production-ready PNGs at 1080x1350px. The setup prompt builds a brand config with your colors, fonts, handle, and CTA style. Every carousel pulls from it automatically so you never have to re-explain your brand. One piece of content becomes two platforms in the same session.

- Run a 4-step workflow: write content plan (cover + each slide) → write copy for each slide → populate HTML templates → render PNGs
- Output 5-7 slides: cover, 3-4 content slides, CTA close
- Follow orange highlight rules: 1-2 highlights per card, 2-4 words each, one per content slide minimum
- Include a design QA pass: one dominant element per slide, readable at thumbnail size, copy under 3 lines per card
- End every set with a swipe-prompt on slide 2 and an engagement ask on the final slide

This is the one that turns attention into an email list and community. It interviews you to mine the lead magnet concept, builds the actual guide content, generates landing page copy (5 headline variants, subheadings, CTAs), and writes the delivery email. Step 3 (Generate landing page copy): 5 headline variants (outcome-first, news hook, problem/solution, specificity, provocative) + 5 subheading variants + 4 CTA button options
Step 4 (Write the delivery email): under 100 words, link first, one practical insight, soft P.S. plug
- Pre-populate my website platform, email tool, offer details, and P.S. plug so nothing needs re-explaining
