Become Dangerously
Good at AI

Everything from the video, in one place, in the exact order I would go through it. Two videos to watch, one podcast to live in, five people to follow, and one page to check every week. That is the whole thing.

2 Videos · 1 Podcast · 5 People · 1 Feed

How to use this

Do not try to do all of this tonight. Watch the first video, follow the five people, bookmark the one feed. That alone puts you ahead of almost everyone. Then come back for the rest when you are ready.

One thing to notice as you go: a few of these names show up more than once. Greg is the podcast, a video, and one of the five. Peter is the Hermes course and one of the five. That is not an accident. A small group of people sit at the center of this whole world, and once you are plugged into them, you are plugged into all of it.

Step 1

Watch these two, in order

The first one rewires how you think. The second one gives you something real that works.

Watch first

Building AI Agents that actually work (Full Course)

by Greg Isenberg

This is the catch-up. Greg walks through how to actually think about AI, the principles underneath all of it, the stuff that stays true even when the tools change every week. If you feel behind, this is the single fastest way to close the gap. Watch it once for the big picture. Then watch it again with a notebook, because the second time is where it really lands.

Hermes Full Course: Build Your 24/7 AI Chief of Staff in 45 Minutes

by Peter Yang

This is the build. Once you have the principles, Peter shows you how to make something real: an AI agent that runs in the background and handles your life like a chief of staff. 45 minutes, start to finish. This is the moment it stops being theory and you actually have a thing that works. (Yes, that Peter is also one of the five people below. Told you the names repeat.)

Step 2

Live in this podcast

The Startup Ideas Podcast

by Greg Isenberg

Put this in your ears and leave it there. Every episode is Greg and a sharp guest pulling apart real AI business ideas, what is working right now, what is coming next. It is the easiest way in the world to absorb how the smartest people are thinking about AI, on your commute, your walk, doing the dishes. You do not have to study it. Just let it run and your instincts start to sharpen on their own.

Step 3

Follow these 5 people on X

This is your starting lineup. Follow all five today.

Step 4

Then turn X into your AI feed

Here is the move almost nobody makes on purpose. Follow those five, then engage. Like, reply, save, and click on their stuff and any other good AI content you come across, especially the people who actually work at the big AI labs (Anthropic, OpenAI, and the like).

The algorithm is watching every single thing you engage with, and it starts feeding you more of it. Give it a week or two and your feed quietly turns into a free, real-time AI education that updates faster than any course ever could. X is where this stuff breaks first, before the YouTube videos, before the newsletters, before anyone packages it up.

You are not just scrolling. You are training a personalized AI tutor that runs 24/7. Feed it the good stuff and let it teach you.

Step 5

Check this one page every week

GitHub Trending

Bookmark it. Glance at it once a week. This is the page that shows you what people are actually building right now, often before it has a name, a logo, or a launch video. You will spot the tools and ideas here weeks before they hit your feed. And here is the part that matters: you do not need to understand a single line of code to get value from it. Just notice what keeps showing up. When the same thing trends three weeks running, that is your signal something real is happening.

The One Move

If you only do one thing

Watch Greg's agent course (the first video) today. It is the fastest path from "I keep hearing about AI" to "oh, now I get it." Everything else on this list stands on the principles in that one video. Start there, then come back for the rest one piece at a time.

Do not try to inhale all of this in one night. Pick the first video, follow the five people, bookmark the feed. That is a genuinely dangerous starting position, and you can do all of it in about 20 minutes.
