The AI System Behind
1M+ Views in 30 Days

I built one repeatable system with Claude and Blotato and used it to cross 1M views across platforms in 30 days. This is the exact system: how I position content, how I write it, how it posts itself, and how I packaged the same setup into a service I sell. No big team, no big budget. Just a Claude subscription and a Blotato subscription.

Before Anything Else

30% off Blotato, on me

This whole system runs on Blotato, so start here. I'm a Blotato partner, so the link below is a partner link. Use the code when you subscribe and get 30% off, valid for 3 months from the day you apply it.

ZACH30

Blotato requires a paid subscription to connect via MCP. This code is the cheapest way in.

This Isn't Theory

The person who built Blotato used this exact system to hit 3.25M followers

Sabrina Romanov built Blotato, then used it on her own accounts. She now averages around 40M views a month across platforms and has grown to 3.25M followers across platforms doing it. That's not a case study written by a marketing team. That's the founder using her own product every day.

I installed the same stack, ran it the way I'm about to show you, and crossed 1M views across platforms in 30 days. Not from a lucky video. From running the same loop, over and over, without having to sit down and reinvent it each time.

The Stack

What used to take a whole team now takes one chat

Growing on social used to mean an editor, a strategist, a caption writer, and someone posting five times a day across three different apps. Once Blotato is connected to Claude, that's one chat and one connected tool. (Full connection steps are in the Blotato setup guide if you haven't done that part yet.)

Here's the actual loop, chained end to end. The only step that's still on you is editing the raw footage.

1

Research

Find what's already working, in your own posts and across your niche, before you write a single word.

2

Position it

Pick the one angle you can own. Everything downstream gets built on top of this.

3

Write it

Hook, body, one clear call to action. Script, then caption.

4

Repurpose it

One video becomes the native format, captions, and cuts for every platform.

5

Post it

Blotato schedules everywhere at once. You stop context-switching between apps.

6

Read it

Pull analytics, see what actually worked, feed it back into research. The loop closes itself.

Step 1

Content positioning

Most people open Claude and ask it to write them a script. That's the wrong first move. Before you write anything, you need an angle, not a topic. A topic is "AI tools." An angle is the one specific, repeatable thing you talk about that nobody else in your niche is saying the same way.

I don't guess at this. I have Claude look at what's already proven to work, mine and other accounts', and build the positioning from there. Here's the exact prompt.

Copy-paste prompt

Look at my niche, [your niche/handle], and my last 10-20 posts. Tell me:
1. What topics and formats are already outperforming for accounts like mine right now
2. The single most repeatable angle I have that nobody else in my niche is using the same way
3. Three content pillars I should be posting under for the next 30 days, tied to that angle

Be specific. No generic advice, no "post more consistently."

This runs even better once Blotato and Sandcastles are connected, because Claude can see actual outlier data instead of guessing off what it already knows.

Step 2

The messaging

Once you have the angle, every script follows the same shape: a hook that states the result or the stakes in the first line, a body that delivers real value with no early ask, and exactly one call to action at the very end. Not three. One.

Here's the prompt I run to turn a raw idea into a finished script that follows that shape.

Copy-paste prompt

Turn this idea into a full short-form script: [paste your raw idea]

Rules:
- Open with a hook that states the result or the stakes in the first line. No throat-clearing, no "have you ever."
- Every sentence should be simple enough that a third grader could follow it.
- Deliver real value in the body. Don't hold anything back to "protect the offer."
- Do not ask for anything until the very last line.
- End with exactly one clear call to action. Make it about [follow / comment a keyword], nothing else.

Then write the caption to match: a scroll-stopping first line, the value in short form, and a CTA that repeats the same ask as the video.

Step 3

Repurpose, post, and close the loop

Once the script is done and the video is edited, this is where Blotato takes over. One prompt turns the finished video into a native post for every platform and schedules it. Another prompt, run weekly, tells you exactly what worked so the next round of positioning gets sharper instead of starting from zero.

1

Repurpose and post it everywhere

Take this finished video and script and turn it into a ready-to-post version for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts: caption, on-screen hook text, and hashtags for each. Then schedule all three to post through Blotato at [time] tomorrow.
2

Close the loop

Pull my Blotato analytics for the last 30 days. Tell me my top 3 posts by views and by follow-through rate, what they have in common by topic, format, and hook style, and turn that into my next 5 video ideas.

Run this loop enough times and you stop guessing entirely. Every video tells you what to make next.

The Business Model

How to sell this exact system to someone else

Everything above works whether you're growing your own page or someone else's. The system doesn't care whose brand it's pointed at. That's what makes it sellable as a done-for-you service instead of a one-off gig.

Package it as a monthly retainer, not a per-video rate. You're not selling videos, you're selling a system that runs on its own every week. Here's what I'd put in the package:

A positioning brief: the angle, the pillars, who it's for

Scripts, hooks, and captions for every post in the cadence you sell

Repurposing into every platform's native format

Scheduling and posting, handled end to end

A monthly report on what actually worked and why

Pricing. Price the retainer against the outcome you're running for the client, not the hours it takes you. A monthly content system that includes positioning, writing, and posting across three platforms is a different offer than "I'll edit your videos." Charge like it.

The pitch. Lead with your own numbers before you say anything else. I show the 1M views in 30 days first, then explain the system. Proof before pitch, every time. If someone's on the fence, offer a smaller paid pilot, one month, one platform, before they commit to the full retainer.

Where this goes wrong. Selling "content" is vague and hard to price. Selling "the exact system that got me 1M views" is specific, provable, and worth paying a retainer for. Specificity is the entire pitch.
