Connect Blotato to Claude
Get your Blotato API key
Log into Blotato, go to Settings > API, and generate your key. You need a paid Blotato subscription to connect the MCP (this is exactly why the ZACH30 code above matters).
Connect it inside Claude
Pick the setup that matches how you use Claude below. All three land in the same place: Blotato shows up as a tool Claude can use in any chat.
Verify the connection
Ask Claude: "What social media accounts do I have connected?" If it lists your platforms, you're done. If not, check the troubleshooting note below.
Claude.ai (web)
- 1. Go to Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
- 2. Name it Blotato.
- 3. Paste this URL: https://mcp.blotato.com/mcp
- 4. Press Connect and approve access. You need to be logged into Blotato in the same browser for this to work.
Claude Desktop or Claude Cowork
Same steps as Claude.ai web: Customize, Connectors, Add custom connector, name it Blotato, paste https://mcp.blotato.com/mcp, connect. On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, only a workspace admin can add custom connectors.
Claude Code (terminal)
Copy-paste command

Let Claude apply changes, then run /mcp inside the session, select Blotato, then Authenticate, and restart Claude Code.
Other MCP clients (Cursor, Antigravity, Codex)
Go to Settings, API, in the Blotato app, and click Copy MCP Config. Paste the JSON into your app's MCP settings and restart. It authenticates with a blotato-api-key header instead of OAuth, so keep every character of the key, including any trailing =.
Stuck?
The most common fix: make sure you're logged into your Blotato account in the browser before you approve the connection, then restart whichever Claude app you're using. Blotato's own troubleshooting doc covers everything else, including the "invalid API key" trailing-equals-sign gotcha and the stale-connector fix: help.blotato.com/api/mcp/setup.

Installing them

For Claude Code or Claude Desktop, copy all 7 folders into ~/.claude/skills/ to use them everywhere, or into .claude/skills/ inside one project. Restart Claude after.
