A walkthrough video, from a URL you already have
Every listing already comes with a full photo gallery. Nobody turns it into a video, because that means hiring a videographer, or manually downloading two dozen photos and dragging them into an editor one at a time.
This skill skips both. Paste a Zillow listing URL into Claude and it reads that listing's actual photo gallery, picks the rooms worth featuring and puts them in the right walkthrough order, then animates each one with a slow, cinematic camera push. You end up with a finished base video, hard-cut together, in the time it takes to make coffee.
It's not a stock template with generic stock footage. It's your exact listing, your exact rooms, moving.
How It Works
Paste a link. It does the rest.
You paste a Zillow listing URL
That's the only required input. Claude reads the listing's real photo gallery directly off the page, the same photos already sitting in the listing, verified so it never grabs photos from a "similar homes" widget by mistake.
It curates the walkthrough order
Exterior hero shot, front porch, kitchen, living spaces, primary bedroom and bath, any standout bonus rooms, then backyard as the closing shot. It builds a numbered contact sheet so you can eyeball the room picks before anything gets generated.
You pick a mood
Golden hour, bright morning, midday-neutral, soft overcast, blue hour, or editorial-moody. Claude asks, you answer, it moves on.
Every room gets a cinematic push-in clip
A validated camera prompt animates each photo into a slow, constant-speed dolly-in toward the room's focal point. No panning, no rotation, no distortion of the actual house. Claude shows you the estimated cost before it spends a single credit.
You get a finished base video
Every clip trimmed and hard-cut together into one stitched video, plus every individual room clip saved on its own. Ready to drop into CapCut or Premiere and finish with your own music and captions.
Setup
Install it in a couple minutes
A skill is just a folder Claude Code reads. You drop it into a .claude/skills/ folder and it shows up. Three things need to be connected first: Claude Code, the Firecrawl MCP (reads the listing page), and the Higgsfield MCP (generates the video clips). ffmpeg does the final stitching, free and local (brew install ffmpeg on a Mac).
Download and unzip
Inside you'll find a folder called real-estate-listing-video (the one with SKILL.md in it) and a README with the full setup.
Drop the folder into your skills
For one project, put it at your-project/.claude/skills/real-estate-listing-video. To use it everywhere, put it at ~/.claude/skills/real-estate-listing-video instead. Either way the path should end in .claude/skills/real-estate-listing-video/SKILL.md.
Open Claude Code and paste a listing URL
Type /real-estate-listing-video, or just paste any zillow.com/homedetails/... URL and say what you want. The README in the download has the same steps if you get stuck.
The Honest Part
A base video, built for you to finish
This is Zillow-specific. The scraping method is built and tested against how Zillow structures its listing pages, so it works reliably on any zillow.com/homedetails/... URL. It hasn't been validated on Redfin, Realtor.com, or other sites yet. Claude will tell you that upfront if you paste one of those in.
The output is a clean, hard-cut base video: cinematic push-ins per room, no music, no text overlays, no crossfades. That's on purpose. It's the raw cut, meant for you to finish in your own editor with your own music and branding, not a pre-packaged final product with somebody else's choices baked in.
Generating the clips spends real Higgsfield credits. The skill always shows you the estimated cost for the full batch and waits for your go-ahead before it spends anything.
