A sales team in one agent
Cold email works. The problem is everything around it: finding the right people, writing to each one, setting up and warming up email domains so you don't land in spam, following up, and answering replies fast enough that the deal doesn't go cold.
Explee hands all of that to an AI agent. You give it your website. Here's what it does from there.
It learns what you sell
You paste your website. The agent reads it, then studies your competitors so it understands where you fit in the market.
It figures out who buys it
It suggests groups of ideal customers and gives each one a fit score. A silk flower wholesaler, for example, gets event designers, wedding florists, and boutique hotels.
It finds those exact people
Real names, roles, companies and emails, pulled from a database of 105M+ companies. Building the list is free.
It writes each one a personal email
Not a template with their first name swapped in. Each email references their actual business and why your offer fits it.
It sends them for you
From Explee's own pool of pre-warmed inboxes, not your email or your domain. So your domain's reputation is never on the line, and you skip all the domain and DNS setup.
It answers replies and books meetings
When someone replies, the agent answers their questions and moves them toward a call. Add your booking link (Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot) and meetings land on your calendar.
It doubles down on what works
It tracks cost per lead for each audience, scales the ones that work, and pauses the ones that don't.
Section 1
What it costs
No subscription, no per-seat fee, no charge for finding leads. You pay about 5 cents per email actually sent, and that's it.
The $30 in free credits covers your first 600 emails. Explee's own estimate for that first $30 is roughly 1 to 5 warm leads and about 1 meeting. Results depend on your offer and your audience, so treat the free credits as your test.
After that, you set a daily budget and spending stops the second you pause.
Section 2
Set it up in 15 minutes
Run the prompt in Section 3 first if your website is a little vague. Then:
Go to explee.com and paste your website
No website yet? There's an "I don't have a website" option. You just describe what you sell instead.
Add a card to unlock the $30 in free credits
Adding the card is what grants the credits. It doesn't charge you anything. $30 covers your first 600 emails.
Review the audiences it suggests
Look at the fit scores. Pick 2 or 3 audiences to start, not 10. Starting narrow tells you faster what works.
Check the lead list and preview the email
Every new campaign shows you its lead list and lets you preview the email against real leads before anything goes out. Read 5 of them. If something sounds off, tell the agent in plain English ("make it shorter," "don't mention pricing") and it rewrites.
Add your booking link
This is what turns a reply into a meeting on your calendar without you lifting a finger.
Set a daily budget and launch
The daily budget caps what you spend, so nothing runs away from you. One click pauses everything, any time.
Check your Explee inbox once a day
Replies land there. The agent handles them, but read along for the first week so you know how it talks to people.

Section 3
Run this before you plug in your site
The agent learns everything about you from your website. A clear site gets you sharp audiences and sharp emails. A vague one gets you vague ones. Paste this into Claude or ChatGPT first. It takes 2 minutes.
Copy-paste prompt
I'm about to use an AI outreach agent that reads my website to figure out what I sell, who buys it, and what to say in cold emails. Before I plug it in, help me make sure my website gives it everything it needs. My website: [URL]. Read it. 1. In one sentence, tell me what a stranger would think I sell and who it's for, based ONLY on my homepage. Be blunt. 2. List what's missing or vague: who it's for, the main result I deliver, proof (numbers, clients, reviews), price or starting point, and a clear next step. 3. Rewrite my homepage headline and the paragraph under it so that someone (or an AI) instantly knows what I sell, who it's for, and why it's worth a reply. Give me 3 versions. 4. Suggest the 3 types of businesses most likely to buy from me, with one line on why for each, so I can compare them to the audiences the agent suggests. 5. Write the 2 sentences I'd want the agent to always lead with, and 3 things it should never say or promise. Keep it plain English. No buzzwords.
Section 4
What you can do with it
Solo founders with no sales team
The whole outbound job (research, list, emails, follow-ups, booking) done by one agent while you build the product.
Freelancers and agencies
Designers, video editors, marketers, developers. Point it at your site and it finds the businesses that hire people like you.
B2B service businesses
Consultants, bookkeepers, IT services, recruiters, wholesalers. Anyone who sells to other businesses.
Bring your own list
Already have leads? Upload a CSV of up to 30,000 contacts. It checks every email, then writes to and follows up with them for you.
Test new markets cheaply
Wondering if dentists or law firms would buy what you sell? Run one small campaign at each. The cost per lead tells you.
Hand it the follow-up grind
Most deals die because nobody followed up. The agent never forgets and never gets tired of replying.

4 things to know before you launch
It's for selling to businesses
Explee is B2B cold email to business addresses. If your customers are regular people (a salon's clients, a gym's members), this isn't the tool for that.
Approve your leads right away
Some users have said campaigns started sending before they got around to approving the leads. So when a campaign is ready for review, review it right then, or keep it paused until you can.
Start with the free $30 before you spend more
Treat it as a test. Look at the reply quality, not just the count. If the replies are real and the leads fit, then add budget.
Your website is the brief
The agent learns everything from your site. If your site is vague about what you sell and who it's for, the emails will be vague too. Use the prompt below to fix that first.

Where this came from
