What's in this guide
All 3 of these are MCPs. That just means a plug that connects your AI to another tool, so it can actually do things there instead of just talking about them. Each one takes about 2 minutes to connect.
- All 3 tools: what each one does and why almost nobody is using it yet
- The exact setup for Claude (web and desktop), Claude Code, and ChatGPT
- The full comment-to-DM prompt for Blotato, given away in full
- A prompt that pulls any website's branding with Firecrawl
- The post-call prompt: Wispr Flow pulls your meeting, your AI writes the follow-up, action items, and a plan for the next call
- One prompt that runs all 3 together on a real job
- The 6 things that quietly break these
1. Blotato
This connects your AI to every one of your social media accounts. It can post and schedule your content to 9 platforms, repurpose it, and pull your analytics, all from the chat.
The reason it is #1: they just dropped comment-to-DM automations. You tell your AI "when someone comments this keyword on my post, DM them this link," and it builds the whole thing. The trigger, the follow gate, the message, the button. No ManyChat, and you never leave your AI. If you got this guide by commenting on my post, a flow like this is what sent it to you.
Setup: Claude (web or desktop app)
- Sign up for Blotato through my link (free for 7 days, and code ZACH30 takes 30% off for 3 months). Stay logged in to Blotato in the same browser and connect the social accounts you want your AI to reach.
- In Claude, click Customize in the left sidebar, then Connectors.
- Click +, then Add custom connector.
- Name it
Blotato, URLhttps://mcp.blotato.com/mcp, then connect and approve access.
claude mcp add -s user --transport http Blotato https://mcp.blotato.com/mcp Setup: ChatGPT
- Sign up for Blotato through my link if you haven't yet. Stay logged in to Blotato in the same browser and connect your social accounts.
- Turn on Developer mode once (Settings, then Security and login). Custom connectors need a paid ChatGPT plan.
- Go to Plugins → Browse Plugins → +. Name it
Blotato, URLhttps://mcp.blotato.com/mcp, authentication OAuth. - Approve access in the window that opens.
Test it: "Use Blotato to list my connected accounts." If you get a real answer back, you're connected.
My tips
- Connect your social accounts inside Blotato before you connect your AI. Skip it and everything connects fine, then your AI tells you that you have zero accounts. Nothing is broken, the workspace is just empty.
- Comment-to-DM works on Instagram and Facebook. Posting and scheduling work on 9 platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Always have it show you the post or the automation before it goes live. Every prompt in this guide already does that.
Say one of these the second it connects
- Use Blotato to show me my 5 best posts from the last 30 days and what they have in common.
- Use Blotato to turn this caption into a LinkedIn post and an X post in my voice, and schedule all 3 for tomorrow at 9am. Show me before you schedule anything.
- Use Blotato to list every comment-to-DM automation I have running and which posts they are on.
Now build the comment-to-DM flow
Fill in the four values at the top, paste it into Claude or ChatGPT the second your post goes live, and it handles the rest. It checks which account it's attaching to, shows you the exact flow before it builds anything, and waits for you to say go.
Set up a comment-to-DM automation on my Instagram using Blotato. FILL THESE IN BEFORE YOU PASTE: - KEYWORD: [one word, all caps, the word you tell people to comment] Example: GUIDE - LINK: [the URL you're sending them to] Example: https://yoursite.com/free-guide - THE FREE THING: [what you're sending, in one short phrase] Example: the 10-minute cold email teardown - WHICH POST: [the reel I just published, or: every post] BUILD IT LIKE THIS: - Name: "KEYWORD - comment to DM" - Trigger: comment-received, keyword KEYWORD - Follow gate: ON. Message: "Yes! Follow me first and I'll send it straight over. Tap the button below once you're following (or just reply "done" if you don't see a button)." - Follow gate button label: "I'm following" - DM message: "Here it is, THE FREE THING. Tap below and it's yours." - One link button: label "Send it over", URL = LINK - Make it live immediately BEFORE YOU CREATE IT: 1. Call blotato_list_accounts and tell me which Instagram account you're about to attach this to. 2. Show me the exact automation you're about to create: name, trigger, keyword, follow gate message, button label, DM text, link button, and whether it's active. 3. Wait for me to say go. Do not create it before I confirm. AFTER YOU CREATE IT: 4. Confirm it's active and give me the automation ID. 5. Remind me that my own comments will never trigger it, so I have to test from a second Instagram account. RULES YOU MUST FOLLOW: - The DM message has to be under 640 characters. - Max 3 link buttons, and every button label has to be 20 characters or fewer. - Use a link button OR a plain-text URL in the message, never both. If a message carries both, the URL stops being clickable on desktop and those readers end up with no working link at all. - The follow gate is Instagram only. If I ever ask you to put one on Facebook, tell me it will be rejected. - If my keyword is a word that lives inside a longer word people actually type, warn me before you build it.

2. Firecrawl
This lets your AI scrape any website on the internet. Not a summary of it. The actual page. It can pull a site's entire branding in seconds, crawl a whole site, search the web, and research your competitors without you copying and pasting a thing. And hardly any websites block it.
But the best part is it hands every page back in markdown. That is the plain-text format with simple headings and bullets, and it is the fastest, easiest format for AI to read. No menus, no ads, no code clutter. So your AI understands any website almost instantly, and it burns way less of its memory doing it.
Setup: Claude (web or desktop app)
- Sign up free at firecrawl.dev and copy your API key. The free account comes with monthly credits, plenty to start.
- In Claude, click Customize, then Connectors, then + → Add custom connector.
- Name it
Firecrawland paste this URL with your real key in the middle:https://mcp.firecrawl.dev/YOUR-API-KEY/v2/mcp
claude mcp add -s user --transport http firecrawl https://mcp.firecrawl.dev/YOUR-API-KEY/v2/mcp Setup: ChatGPT
- Firecrawl is an official plugin, so no Developer mode needed. Open ChatGPT, go to Plugins, and search Firecrawl.
- Click Install, then connect your Firecrawl account when it asks. The free account is enough to start.
Test it: "Use Firecrawl to scrape firecrawl.dev and tell me the first heading on the page." If you get a real answer back, you're connected.
My tips
- Say "use Firecrawl" in the prompt (or type @firecrawl in ChatGPT). Both Claude and ChatGPT have their own web search and will use that instead if you don't point at Firecrawl.
- Ask for a table. "Pull every plan name and price into a table" gets you something you can actually use, not a paragraph.
- Keep your API key out of chats. It goes in the connector URL once, and that's it.
Say one of these the second it connects
- Use Firecrawl to scrape my top 3 competitors' pricing pages and put every plan, price, and limit in one table.
- Use Firecrawl to crawl my website and list every page with a broken link or a missing title.
- Use Firecrawl to search the web for what changed in my industry this week and give me the actual sources.
Pull any website's branding
This is the one that makes people's jaws drop. Point it at any site, a competitor, a brand you love, your own, and get a brand kit back in under a minute. I use it every time I design something new.
Use Firecrawl to pull the branding from [the website, e.g. https://stripe.com]. Give me: 1. Colors: every main brand color as a hex code, and what each one is used for (background, buttons, headlines, accents). 2. Fonts: the font names for headings and body text. 3. Logo: the direct URL to their logo file. 4. Voice: describe how they write in 5 words, then quote 3 real headlines or lines from the site that show it. 5. Who it's for: one sentence on who this site is clearly talking to. Only use what's actually on the site. If you can't find something, say "not found" instead of guessing. Put it all in one clean doc called "[Brand] brand kit" so I can reuse it for designs, ads, or a website.
3. Wispr Flow
You probably know Wispr Flow as the best voice-to-text tool out there. That's not why it's on this list.
They just released a brand new AI notetaker. It transcribes every one of your meetings from the background, right on your computer, with no bot joining the call. Connect it to your AI and it can pull those transcripts in real time. So your AI can write your follow-up emails, create your action items, and draft a plan for your next call, without you ever downloading a transcript again.
Setup: Claude (web or desktop app)
- Make sure the Notetaker is on in your Wispr Flow account (Mac or Windows) and you have at least one meeting recorded.
- Open Wispr Flow Settings → MCP and click Add to Claude. It opens in your browser.
- Sign in with your Wispr Flow account and approve it. No key to paste.
- In a Claude chat, click + → Connectors and flip the Wispr Flow toggle on.
claude mcp add -s user --transport http wispr-flow https://api.wisprflow.ai/connect/mcp Setup: ChatGPT
- Open Wispr Flow Settings → MCP and click Add to ChatGPT.
- Sign in with your Wispr Flow account to approve it. That's it.
Test it: "Use Wispr Flow to tell me the title and date of my most recent meeting." If you get a real answer back, you're connected.
My tips
- It's read-only. Your AI can read your meetings, notes, tasks, and calendar, but can't edit or delete anything, and your regular dictations are never shared.
- Ask for the transcript by name. Wispr's search looks at meeting titles, summaries, and notes, not the transcript itself. So name the meeting or the date, and say "pull the full transcript" when you want the exact words.
- Wispr can't send email. For the follow-up to land in your inbox as a draft, connect Gmail (or Outlook) to your AI too. Without it, you get the email in the chat to copy.
- Sign in with the account that has your notes. Personal and work Wispr accounts keep separate meetings.
Say one of these the second it connects
- Use Wispr Flow to pull every action item I agreed to this week, grouped by person.
- Use Wispr Flow to find my last meeting and list every question they asked me, in their words.
- Use Wispr Flow to summarize my last 3 calls with the same client and tell me what changed between them.
The post-call prompt
Run this the minute a call ends. Follow-up email, action items, and a plan for the next call, from the real transcript, in about 30 seconds. This one alone is worth the whole setup.
Use Wispr Flow to find my meeting with [who, e.g. Sarah from Acme] from [when, e.g. this morning]. Pull the full transcript, not just the summary. Then give me 3 things: 1. THE FOLLOW-UP EMAIL Write it in my voice. Thank them, recap the 3 things that mattered most to them (use their words), list every commitment I made with the date I said, and end with one clear next step. Under 150 words. If my email is connected, save it as a draft. Do not send it. 2. ACTION ITEMS Split into "Me" and "Them." Include any due dates that were mentioned. If nobody gave a date, say so. 3. PLAN FOR THE NEXT CALL - What they cared about most - Questions they asked that I didn't fully answer - Any objections or worries, even small ones - 3 questions I should ask next time - Anything I should bring or prepare If something in the transcript is unclear, flag it instead of guessing.
One prompt, all 3 tools
One tool is useful. Three working together is a different thing entirely. This takes a sales or client call and turns it into a researched follow-up email and a ready-to-schedule post. Wispr Flow brings the call, Firecrawl brings their website, Blotato handles the post.
Don't have Blotato yet? Try it free for 7 days with code ZACH30.
I just got off a call with a prospect. Use all 3 of my tools, in this order: 1. WISPR FLOW: Find my most recent meeting with [name / company]. Pull the full transcript. Tell me in 5 bullets what they need, what they're worried about, and what I promised. 2. FIRECRAWL: Scrape [their website, e.g. https://acme.com]. Tell me what they sell, who they sell to, their pricing if it's public, and their branding (main colors and tone of voice). Find one specific thing on their site I can mention to show I did my homework. 3. THE FOLLOW-UP: Write my follow-up email using steps 1 and 2. Reference the specific thing from their site. Under 150 words, in my voice, one clear next step. Don't send it. 4. BLOTATO: Draft one LinkedIn post about the biggest lesson from this call. Do NOT name the client or anything that could identify them. Show me the post and the time you'd schedule it, and wait for me to say go before you schedule anything. Show me each step's result before moving to the next.
6 things that quietly break these
- Your AI won't use a tool unless you point at it With a few connected, Claude and ChatGPT will sometimes answer from memory or use their own web search. Say the name in the prompt. "Use Firecrawl to scrape" beats "look at this site." This fixes most of the "it's not working" messages I get.
- In Claude, the connector has to be on for that chat Connecting it once isn't always enough. If Claude acts like it's never heard of the tool, click + in the chat box, then Connectors, and make sure the toggle is on.
- You don't see the + to add a connector in ChatGPT Developer mode is off, or you're on the free plan. Custom connectors (Blotato) need a paid plan with Developer mode on. Official plugins (Firecrawl) and Wispr's Add to ChatGPT button don't need it.
- Your own comments never trigger your DM automation You'll test the comment-to-DM flow on your own post, see nothing happen, and assume it's broken. It ignores comments from the account that owns it. Test from a second Instagram account.
- Blotato connects, then says you have zero accounts You connected your AI before connecting your socials inside Blotato. Go connect them in Blotato, then ask again. Also stay logged in to Blotato in the same browser while you approve access, or the approval screen never finishes.
- Wispr Flow says it can't find your meeting Name the meeting or the date ("my 2pm call on Tuesday"), and make sure you signed in with the right Wispr account. If it asks, turn on cloud sync in Wispr. Meetings recorded while sync was off may not show up.
Where this came from
The Wispr Flow setup and fixes come from Wispr's own guide, Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client to Wispr Flow. The Blotato and Firecrawl steps are the ones I use myself, current as of October 7, 2026. These tools ship updates fast, so if a button has moved, check the tool's own docs.
