Work with Me
You’ve watched me build.
Now let’s build yours.
One hour, one-on-one. Bring the workflow you want automated, the tool you can’t crack, or the decision you keep circling. We get on a call and build the fix live while you watch. No pitch waiting at the end.
Intro rate, going up soon. Pay when you book — credited back if we keep working together.
Ask me anything
The tool you can’t figure out. The workflow eating your week. The decision you keep circling. Bring the real problem, not a warm-up question.
We build it live
Share your screen and we make the thing on the call. You leave with something that works, not a list of tabs to open later.
A straight answer
No pitch, no upsell theater. If AI can’t help with your problem, I’ll say so. You get my honest read either way.
How this works
Book, tell me the problem, we build it.
01
Book and pay
Pick a time and pay for the hour up front. That’s it — no application, no qualifying call before the call.
02
Send me the problem
After you book, you’ll get a couple of quick questions so I show up already knowing what you’re dealing with.
03
We spend the hour
One focused hour on Zoom. We dig into your actual work and build, fix, or map whatever gives you the most back.
If one hour isn’t enough
Some clients keep me on the team.
A few people leave the call and realize they don’t want to do this alone. So I keep working with them — building the skills, automations, and systems that run their business, a couple of sessions a month.
If that’s where we land, the $249 you paid for the hour comes straight off it. No need to decide now. Start with the hour and see if it clicks.
I build the same systems I run on myself first.
I'm Zach. I run Takeoff, where I build AI systems for businesses, and I post the whole process daily to an audience of 9.2K.
Everything I'd build for you, I've already built for myself. No theory, no decks full of buzzwords. We get on a call, find the work AI can take off your plate, and ship something real in the hour.
Common questions
What exactly do we do in the hour?
Whatever you need. Most people bring one real thing — a workflow they want automated, a tool they can’t get working, a process eating their week — and we build or fix it live. Some just want to think out loud with someone who does this every day. Both are fair game.
Why is it paid instead of a free call?
Because it’s the real thing, not a sales call in disguise. You get a full hour of me working on your actual problem, and paying for it means we both show up ready to make it count. No pitch waiting at the end.
What if we decide to work together after?
Then the $249 comes straight off the top. If we build a project together, or you continue with an ongoing AI concierge retainer, the hour you paid for is credited toward it. So the call costs you nothing if it leads somewhere.
Is $249 the real price?
It’s the intro rate while I open this up. It’s going up as my calendar fills, so the earlier you book, the better the deal you lock in.
